Following the success of the Wealth Relationship Manager campaign across Asia, HSBC extended the initiative to the UK, featuring Lanre and Nathalie. The objective remained the same: to attract high-calibre talent by translating authentic, human stories into a compelling digital recruitment campaign tailored to a local audience.
Building on the established campaign framework, I created a suite of programmatic ad assets for the UK market. This included 10-second GIFs featuring Lanre and Nathalie, adapting the storytelling approach to resonate with a UK audience while maintaining global consistency.
I focused on delivering clean, engaging, and mobile-first assets that preserved the cinematic quality of the original film. By refining layouts, pacing, and visual hierarchy, I ensured each piece felt both impactful and aligned with HSBC’s wider employer brand.
