Following the success of the Film, HSBC’s Wealth Relationship Managers across Asia. The film successfully bridged brand storytelling and performance marketing and went on to win a Silver at the 2026 LENS Awards, marking a strong recognition of the work. The next step was to extend its reach into a targeted, performance-driven recruitment campaign. The goal was to attract top-tier talent by translating a powerful brand story into engaging, high-impact digital assets.
As part of a collaborative team, I worked as the design lead alongside the Head of Creative and Digital Content Coordinator to bring this campaign to life. Building on the original film, I developed a suite of programmatic ad assets, including 10-second GIFs featuring six key talents: Chantel, James, Melissa, Hanwei, Sufian and Amrita, located in Hong Kong, Singapore and India, respectively.
My focus was on distilling long-form storytelling into concise, scroll-stopping moments, while preserving the cinematic quality of the original content. Each asset was carefully designed for mobile-first environments, ensuring clarity, engagement, and consistency across recruitment platforms and digital channels.
