HSBC - Digital
Client
HSBC set out to tell a global story — one rooted in independence, inclusion, and the belief that everyone should be able to manage their finances on their own terms. The film followed three customers: Priyanca, Yahye and Tracy - across the UK, UAE, and Hong Kong, each sharing what financial independence means to them. More than a campaign, it became a reflection of HSBC’s wider ambition: to become the world’s most digitally accessible bank
I played a key role in bringing the narrative to life, especially the UK story. From sourcing and carefully shortlisting the customer while protecting their confidentiality, to supporting the creative direction from research through to final delivery. I was on a 2-day set in Bristol; I managed logistics, supported scripts and shot lists, and ensured all legal and release processes were handled seamlessly. In post-production, I worked closely with the Filming Agency, the Senior Creative Producer, and the Head of Creative to refine the narrative, select the strongest soundbites, and shape the film through feedback until it reached its final form. The result is a piece that feels intentional and globally resonant. A film dear to my heart
