Dee'ress

Dee’ress is a women’s fashion brand rooted in precision, craft, and expression. Based in Abuja, Nigeria, the brand draws from the artistry of garment construction, where every cut, fold, and stitch shapes the final form. The identity needed to reflect that same level of care: something elegant, structured, and deeply connected to the process of making.

I translated craftsmanship into a visual language. I approached the brief from a transdisciplinary perspective, drawing inspiration from the symmetry and rhythm of pattern cutting.

The logo takes cues from the motion of scissors through fabric, balanced, deliberate, and exact. Rather than designing something purely decorative, I focused on capturing the process behind the product, turning the unseen artistry of fashion construction into a clean, intentional mark. The result is an identity that feels both refined and expressive, rooted in technique but elevated through design.
